Who do we prioritise?
We receive more requests than we can currently fulfil. So we assess applications based on:

- Location: people living in Brighton & Hove, City of London and Tower Hamlets, where our funding partners are based.
- Trusted partners: referrals from established charity partners and other agencies will be given priority
- Device Access: people who do not currently have access to a working laptop or PC.
- Financial Hardship: people on low incomes or receiving benefits such as Universal Credit, PIP, Housing Benefit, etc.
- Isolation or Need: people who are isolated, carers, unemployed, disabled, or in difficult circumstances.
- Explanation Given: we prioritise clear and honest applications explaining why the laptop is needed and how it will help.
